I always say I’m excited about Summer Reading Program, because I always am, but this year is different. We didn’t really get a summer last year, at least in the programming sense, and this year my excitement is through the roof! We are going to be having in-person programs and our theme is fantastic!
The theme this summer is “Magic, Myth, & Mischief” so it’s everything fantasy, fairy tale, and myth related. As always, we are kicking off our reading program with a carnival but this year it’s a Medieval Carnival! More on the Carnival later in the newsletter, let’s get back to the reading program. The program is totally FREE and open to ALL AGES! This includes infants, toddlers, children, teens, and adults!
Reading program and sign-up are all on Beanstack. So if you participated last year, all you need to do is login and register for the program and you’re all set! If you’ve never registered before don’t worry, sign-up is easy and quick. This year’s program is going to be fantastic and new and I can’t wait to see you at programs or just in the library getting your next new favorite book. Oh, and be sure to check out some of the grand prizes we have…they’re pretty amazing!
